I don't understand the roles of over half the coaches...especially on Offense. Including LaFleur, they have 13 on O. Including Gannon, 9 on D.

Luke Getsy is now QB coach and Assistant HC. Does he have actual duties as Assistant HC or is it just to block another team from hiring him as an OC?

Conner Lewis is Passing game specialist and Game management coach. Meanwhile Jason Vrabel is passing game Coordinator. Does Stenovich have any duties in the pass game? LaFleur, Stenovich, Vrabel, and Lewis all working on the pass game would seem like a lot of cooks stirring the stew.

But LaFleur has no running game coordinator so maybe Stenovich handles that operation?

Over on Defense, the responsibilities seem more clear. Babich is Secondary/Pass game coordinator. Covington is OLB/Run Game Coordinator/ Assistant HC...Assist HC another promotion with likely few duties but keeps him from being poached to be a DC, I guess?

27 coaches. 1 for every two players on the 53.

For me the biggest question is why do we still have Stenovich and Butkus? OL has been a mess since Butkus took over. As for Stenovich, he is the Offensive Coordinate but Luke Getsy is the Assistant Head Coach for the Offense/. Aren't those roles redundant? I would like to know specifically what the difference is between the Offensive Coordinator and the Assisntat Head Coach for Offense.

Are there too many coaches in the kitchen ? Thanks, Since '61

In 1961 the Packers had the following coaches: Lombardi, Austin, Cochran, Bengstson, Hecker and Voris. 6 coaches including Lombardi.

My thoughts exactly on Stenovich and Buttkiss. Why they get a pass year after year is beyond me. The Philly playoff loss in '24 showed just how unprepared the backups were, and that was at the end of a full season! Their play was an embarrassment to say the least, and there was no marked improvement this past season.
