Rodgers has had left knee problems pretty much his whole adult life. He had major ACL reconstructive surgery on it in college, more surgery in 2015, and then suffered a tibial plateau fracture and a sprained MCL last year opening night against the Bears (there's probably more). As Rodgers as explained: “It’s the lead leg, the plant leg, it’s not the brace or the back of the drop leg, which I haven’t had, thankfully, a major right knee injury, but I’ve dealt with the left knee injury since I was 16 years old."
All of this is to say, I'm guessing Rodgers does not step into throws any more (or at least very rare;y) because his knee can't handle that anymore.

Nags - love your dad stories - I'm another Appleton - transplant now in southern Illinois - I grew up with the Pack in the 60's, 70's & 80's. I have four sons and they only know Brett Farve & Aaron Rogers.
But your dad stories are relevant - A few weeks ago all the TV pundits picked the Pack - which I always say it jinks us - it wasn't 10 minutes later you said your dad indicated the same thing- but the real kicker was your dad story today on transplants - night games are hard on me as well - and I do the same thing - I might make it to half-time, but most times I don't even watch for the same reason as your father- my youngest son got the biggest kick when he heard your story today on Transplants.

Really begs the question of if or when a Kenny Clark extension gets done?? I realize the Packers have 2 more years of control, however if I am his agent, I am putting significant pressure on the Packers right now.
Maybe even threaten a holdout next year in TC to get a deal done. He is playing at such a high level the Packers would be smart get an ext. done sooner than later. Kenny Clark's play has exceeded warranting a 5th year option. This is still a rookie contract. 3 year ext. sounds about right, this essentially makes it a 5 year deal and would give him a nice big signing bonus. GuteBall should get this done asap.
