Luke Musgrave dealing with "significant" abdomen injury
The rookie tight end had to spend time in the hospital after Sunday's game.

Rookie tight end Luke Musgrave has appeared on the injury report this week as a non-participant with an abdomen injury.
When asked about the fact that Musgrave finished Sunday's game and did not seem worse for wear, Packers head coach Matt LaFleur revealed that the 23 year old out of Oregon State is dealing with a significant injury.
Significant enough to warrant time in the hospital.
Needless to say, Musgrave won't be playing Thursday when the Packers take on the Lions, though LaFleur said the team was still "working through" things in regards to possibly placing him on injured reserve.
In other injury developments, rookie receiver Jayden Reed was added to the injury report on Tuesday with chest injury, something that again did not cause Reed to drop out of Sunday's game. Reed informed the medical staff he was dealing with something when the players were back in the building today.

Hate to see Musgrave hurt. I think he's going to be very good for a long time, if injuries aren't a recurring issue. He and Reed both looking like great picks. Off topic, but why isn't Rhyan being given some playing time instead of Runyan? We're building for the future, let's see what Rhyan has.

Excited for Kraft's opportunity...I liked his tape better than Musgrave's. Felix Anudike-Uzomah, Rashee Rice, Tyjae Spears, and Tucker Kraft were my realistic fab 4 draft crushes ~top 100. Chiefs snagged 2 of em.

This is why we have depth at WR. Our #1 should be Reed, #2 Musgrave or Wicks, whoever's open. 2 out of 3 down, plenty to pick from and Toure has barely gotten his feet wet this season, makes no sense.
Doubs might really break out?
Tucker Kraft might wind up having a better career than Luke Musgrave; hopefully they both do well.

A good lineup and i coveted Kraft. Felix would be my choice over the hockey player, but I really felt they had to snag an OT to fill RT and move into LT when Bhak, inevitably, would go down. Abe Lucas the previous year and nobody would be complaining about the offensive line. This team stays in neutral until Gutey goes the way of Bratz.

I agree on Kraft.
I know Musgrave is the sexy, athletic, "basketball athletic" body type that has been en vogue across the NFL for the last decade or so...
But in my opinion, Kraft's skill set on film and his body type strikes me as giving him a better shot at a long term, impactful NFL career than Musgrave.
That's not to say I think Musgrave won't be productive.. but I think Kraft will have the longer NFL career and be the more complete TE within 4 years.

Quite possible! He should be a YAC machine, whereas 88 is always taken down at first contact, or before.

It seems to be the year of injury for GB? Once someone starts playing well, they get injured. Musgrave looks to finally be the TE we have needed for many seasons. I'm keeping my expectations low for Kraft on Thursday...

I have high expectations for Kraft, but JL10's biggest weakness is missing the easy layup. Does not bode well for a TE.

All teams this time of the season have injured players...starters...on a team with lesser talent it hurts more...time for Kraft to step up...points can be scored against the Lions, other teams are doing it, the thing is defense has to play very well as the Lions score points in bunches...Division game, have to split with Lions and Vikes to make any noise at all..
