Great show as always guys! I keep hearing what to do about our defense. How about firing Joe after the season. To do it now, would probably do more harm than good, especially who we would replace him with. Barry has been around the block and worked with a number of different coordinators. He is a professional who spends most of his waking moments consumed with defense. I am tired of hearing that he made adjustments at half and the D plays better. Well, we wasted a whole half figuring it out. It should not take that long. I also tire of hearing how our D hasn't giving up a ton of points which is true. But our offense isn't scoring a bunch of points either so what does it matter we still are behind. The tackling has not improved, his schemes are head scratchers, you know the definition of insanity. I think our entire coaching staff needs to be looked at after the season. I realize it's a young team, but Barry has run the same defense or is slow to make adjustments since he has been in GB. This is Matt's guy so he bears some of the responsibility in his hire and retaining Joe. GPG!

I am totally with MLF on how he played out the end of the first half. The first play was blown up on a bad block by Doubs, so 2nd and 15. The defense was questionable up to that point, so if they give the ball back after one pass play that stops the clock, there is a good chance steelers get a FG. Additionally, how good is this offense at 3rd and long?

I just have to disagree with Aaron here and say it was the right way to go.

Mlf sticking with his guy couldnand should cost him his job also. If mlf stays but does fire barry who can he get that’s any good to replace barry knowing that mlf may be done soon !!! I say clean out the whole staff. Find the right new guy. Maybe eagles new OC ?

No need for anxiety. The Packers will not make it to the playoffs. Bakhtiari will not be the same player he once was even if the Nth surgery is successful. They will end up with a Top 10 draft pick to rebuild for next season. The Bears will have a worse record and a higher draft pick than the Packers in 2024. There is a coaching problem that needs to be addressed, which falls on LaFleur, who has fallen from grace, and possibly Gute to resolve. Mark Murphy will retire in July 2025, which is less than two years away (mandatory retirement at age 70). Changes are coming.
