Thompson went on to point  out that Kampman will have plenty of opportunites to play with his 'hand on the ground', as it were, when the defense goes to its sub-packages.

I just find this note worthy because Kampman has not said one word on the record since McCarthy announced that Kampman would be switching to linebacker.
