Josh Jacobs and Edgerin Cooper dealing with injuires
Both Packers newcomers could miss Family Night.

There's a good chance running back Josh Jacobs and linebacker Edgerrin Cooper won't be suiting up for Family Night.
Jacobs sat out Thursday's practice with a groin injury, which he tried to downplay in the locker room after practice. Jacobs said if today had been a regular season game, he would have played.
Of course, Jacobs has yet to contend with the traditionally conservative approach employed by the Packers medical team.
Rookie linebacker Edgerrin Cooper dropped out of Wednesday's practice with what he called a “little hip injury” and did not participate in Thursday's practice.
There may be some temptation to get both Packers newcomers out on the field for Family Night on Saturday, but the guess here would be that the team will err on the side of caution and keep them out.
