Greetings from Valhalla

I'm not a fan of golf but I am a fan of getting paid and so I find myself just outside of Louisville, Kentucky working on the Ryder Cup. Hopefully the American team wins for the first time in over a decade. I'm wearing a hard hat in the pic because our stage happens to be at the end of the driving range. This is my very first job being a target for professional golfers so thank goodness I have my Packer hard hat.
I spent last Sunday watching the Detroit game from our trailer using a slingbox (thanks Dad) in the middle of the remnants of Hurricane Ike. It's good to be using a generator in the middle of a storm. Thank you to Jon Quit-na for imploding.
For those of you who miss not having a Packer Transplants podcast this week - don't worry - Aaron and I are back on Thursday night with a new download for Friday morning.
Hopefully we will be talking about a thorough trouncing of the Cowboys.
Maybe then this team will get some respect. Go Pack!

There is no greater creation in the world than a Slingbox. I just got one this week and it is fantastic!

Corey - hey, what were you doing at Valhalla? That must have been pretty cool! I am a huge golf fan and an even bigger fan of Steve Stricker (who did OK, not great). Very cool (I've golfed since I was very little and am a lifelong addict).

Andrew- I was the Tech Coordinator for opening & closing ceremonies and also worked in the media center as an AV tech. I'm really glad we won.
