I have debated fellow Packer fans until I'm blue in the face that Thompson made the right move in trading Javon Walker. I now know I have at least one ally in that regard. Good points from Steve over at PackerGeeks regarding the man who once equated playing a season of professional football with having to do a tour of duty in Iraq. (No, I will never let this go...)

“Anybody can (say), ‘OK, he had a great year, let’s see if he can do it again,’” he said. “That’s like trying to tell a person to go to war in Iraq, but let me see if you can go to war again and come back and then we’ll give you a medal of honor.
