Family Night Set For August 7th

The Packers have announced the details for their annual Family Night scrimmage.

From the Packers:

The Green Bay Packers today announced that 'Packers Family Night, Presented by Bellin Health,' will take place Saturday evening, Aug. 7. The event will benefit the Wendy's Wonderful Kids foster care adoption program, a signature program of the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption.

'Family Night,' now in its 10th year, will feature an intra-squad scrimmage between the Packers' offense and defense. Evening activities get underway in the stadium at 5:30 p.m., followed by on-field football drills at 6:30 and the scrimmage at approximately 7:30.

Having been to Family Night I can tell you it is just a great experience, especially if you have children. My oldest has no interest whatsoever in football and she had a ball when we went a few years ago (even though it was delayed by lightning). Definetly check it out if you are in the area on August 7th. Tickets will go on sale Friday, June 25th.
