I think the Jets have the leverage. Yes the pack can hold out but for what? The draft is coming up and if no deal is done by then the Jets use their picks and the pack now get nothing this year, Plus there is a possibility the Jets bundle and move up to snare their QB of the future and the Rodgers deal goes in the tank. He retires as he said he would and the pack get zilch but a big payout to him thus they lose twice paying for services not rendered.
The Packer brass is dam well aware this can happen and must hope the Jets blink. They are not getting a one pick, maybe a two and a three next season.
