Don\'t Do It Brian!
By PackerAaron
All of Packer Nation was on the edge of its collective seat this morning. What would happen? Would he or wouldn't he? Would he take the deal?
Not sure how I feel about Brian Carriveau and Railbird Central setting up shop over at SportsBubbler.com. On the one hand, it's great that the Railbird will be reaching a wider audience. On the other hand, it's hard too peruse the ol' Bubbler and think that Brian's voice won't be lost amidst a sea of lesser bloggers. (I mean, they talk about BASEBALL on that site. Ugly.)
I also share Brats and Beer Guy's concern that this might be the beginning of a forced consolidation of the Packer blogosphere. The whole reason Corey and I started this site was to give you an independent voice, outside of any controls, be they editorial or otherwise. Here's hoping Brian stays the same great source of Packer info we've come to rely on, especially at this time of year...

Tis' progress in motion. That's too bad, but best of luck Carriveau.

Damn... Brian sold out to the man? That's pretty lame. Well, you don't have to worry about me going anywhere. I think you have to actually have writing talent to be considered for something like that!

As one of the two guys running SportsBubbler.com I can assure you there is absolutely no editorial control over Railbird. Brian is free to write as he wishes.
He's simply moving his "host" site from blogspot to sportsbubbler.com. The look of the site will be the only thing that changes.

Oh Dan, we kid because we love. Here's to much success both to Railbird and the Bubbler. :)

Thanks, no worries Aaron. We just wanted to make sure that people knew that nothing would change.
Mr. O'Shea, we at the bubbler love GB, B & B.
