Davante Adams back, attends practice

The Packers also made the signing of quarterback Blake Bortles official.

Packers wide receiver Davante Adams was back at practice today after time away due to Covid-19, though he was not a full participant.

Adams was seen stretching with the group prior to practice but did not participate in any drill or team work while reporters were in attendance.

During his Thursday press conference, head coach Matt LaFleur indicated he is hopeful that Adams will play Sunday against the Chiefs, but there are still some protocols Adams must go through before that happens.

In other news, the team announced the signing of quarterback Blake Bortles to the practice squad. The former Jaguars starer was at practice today and will be the primary backup for Jordan Love on Sunday.

The team also elevated running back Patrick Taylor off the practice squad to the 53 man roster.

We finally get to see what this offense will look like operating under Love. I'm excited to see how he performs passing to Tae, Lazard, and MVS

Laughable. Love will never ever be a Rodgers or Favre, simply a vanilla bad management decision to imitate potential Mahomes QB. It should be quite an embarrassing prime time show Sunday afternoon. Then fans and NFL will stop the negative bs about Rodgers waiting for his return next week. What a joke.

So what will you be doing instead of watching the game?

Time will tell with Love. Hopefully he throws 3 TD's and the Pack prevail, but God help him in here if he gets tested positive and hasn't had his required 3 plus shots to become one of the cool kids. Fortunately for him, he has not had to answer invasive personal questions about his medical situation regarding the vaccine on the podium from ahole reporters trying to make a name for themselves. Seriously, this shit is insane

So happy that you can predict the future. Rodgers was average for 3 years, and nobody thought he would make it as an NFL quarterback. In his 4th season he got to play full time and put together a nice season. Love has had 2 preseason games, and need reps in games like Rodgers had. Let's see what Love can do in 6-8 NFL games.

Although I disagree with 90% of what you said, that last sentence is absolutely true. I cant wait for all the comments if Love's performance isn't up to par with "fans" standards. Especially from all the people who are "done " with Rodgers

There is no question about Love's arm and athleticism. Zero!

The only thing I have ever heard questioned is his decision making. That comes with good coaching and experience. One game will not decide what his upside will be.
