Burks: Needs to keep it up and show that he's more than a one-game wonder; it's a bonus if he can contribute on ST and defense during the course of the season.
Scott: I'm disappointed they let Winslow go so quickly; I think he should have been given a fair shot at winning the job.
Yiadom: I'm not expecting much since he just arrived, but let's see what we got here.

Yup thought Winslow got a bit of a screw job. Is it his fault he out kicks the ST because they can't cover a bed!

I have not ever been sold on Burks. He’s a core special teamer. I wouldn’t even be remotely excited to see him as a regular inside LB. The splash plays were just that…a lot of fluff with no substance. Texans ran the ball at will.

Winslow had a problem with hang time. He had a terrible time with it in the practice I attended, and again in the Houston game.

Ya Dum is probably a dump guy: Get rid of the bigger salary of a player who cant cut it, take a guy will less money that probably wont make the team and if not, your ahead of the game.
I mean Ya Dum has done nothing, he is half the player Jackson was so it has to be a money swap.

He's going to make the team of course, but we need to see something much better from Amari Rodgers. I know he's a rookie in his first game action, but he looked borderline overwhelmed. Not what I was hoping for....
And this has to be Benkert's game to show that he deserves a spot. Otherwise, we send him to the PS.

Perhaps all of them need to step it up, starting with a practice more than an hour and half each day. I do that just shooting hoops in front of my garage. I'd start my list with coaches, Barry, and that unspecial teams coach.

Disappointed that Nags included a traded player in his "five Packer players who need to step it up". Uh, Josh is gone, couldn't he have picked another player who's actually around?

Kevin King needs to step it up by stepping on the field. Even though he has struggled mightily at times the Packers need him and he needs to stay healthy.

No question. If we get 10 healthy games from King this year, I think our Defense will be much better. And if he's actually HEALTHY in the post-season, all the better. When healthy, he's a guy who can be a ball-hawk and can play pretty good coverage. And of course is just a freak athlete with length.
Obviously you added several players at the position because you know you can't trust his health, but when(if) he is out there, it's usually a good thing for the Packers(unless you have a DC who plays Cover1 with a single high Safety which effectively turns it into Cover 0 because the ONE place you want them to throw the ball is over the middle).

AaronN, you forgot Hunter Bradley. Based on YOUR descriptions, his performance doesn't warrant a roster spot. Would you please find out if his great uncle is NOT Allen?
