The Green Bay Packers failed in multiple phases of the game against the Indianapolis Colts in Week 9, including on special teams and on the final defensive series.
But the most worrisome aspect of the Packers' play on Sunday was their complete and utter failure to both convert on third down on offense and to defend third down on defense.
Both in last night's win against Seattle and through two preseason games, Aaron Rodgers and the first-string offense have put up near dominating peformances.
Green Bay's special teams have not had many highlights — in fact, the bar is pretty low for reasonable expectations. The last time that unit was ranked less than 20th was in 2017, when it came in at 16.
