Call me nuts, but I’m throwing it out there. We throw the bank at Albert Haynesworth. With the cap money we’re saving from not paying KGB anymore, it wouldn’t be that big of a hit. If McCarthy insists on staying with this defensive coordinator, we need a monster in the middle.

So, he’s likely to at least test the open market. It would probably take a LOT of guaranteed money. Again, not the Packers’ style, and for good reason.
