Injury Report: Neal Listed As Questionable

Mike Neal will be a gametime decision for the Packers while Saints wide receiver Lane Moore has been declared Out for tomorrow nights game.

It's no secret that second year defensive lineman Mike Neal could help supply the one ingredient the Packers defense will need more than probably any other against Drew Brees and the New Orleans Saints offense - pressure from the interior.

Neal was listed as Questionable (50/50 chance of playing) on the final injury report issued by the Packers prior to tomorrows season opener against the Saints, which is in keeping with what Mike McCarthy told reporters earlier in the week when he said that Neal would be a gametime decision.

Along with Neal, offensive tackle Chad Clifton, tight end Jermichael Finley, tight end Ryan Taylor are all listed as probable while cornerback Davon House, linebacker Frank Zombo, and linebacker Vic So'oto are all listed as Out.

For the Saints, the one very notable development is that wide receiver Lance Moore is listed as Out with a groin injury.

It is also worth noting that Saints DE Will Smith will be out on a PED's suspension. Hopefully that will help out Clifton who's had a few problems this preseason.

I'd like to see Neal suit up, but if we're going tit-for-tat I don't think we're doing too bad with Will Smith being out as he is a proven commodity, a label that Mike has yet to earn.
