Tuesday Night Football Will Be Favre-Free
By admin
The NFL's first Tuesday football game since 1946 will not involve quarterback Brett Favre.
Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports the 41-year old Minnesota Vikings quarterback is inactive tonight due to a concussion he sustained during last week's loss to the Chicago Bears.
Favre had not passed the required post-concussion tests that would allow him to play.
Rookie quarterback Joe Webb will be making his first NFL start, with veteran Patrick Ramsey the back-up.
