Revis a No-Show at Jets Camp

New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis did not report to the team's facilities for the start of training camp, Jenny Vrentas of The Star-Ledger reports.

Players were scheduled to take physicals and complete their conditioning run this morning before being bused to Cortland, New York for camp.

If Revis does not report to camp by August 10, i.e. 30 days before the start of the regular season, he risks losing an accrued season towards unrestricted free agency. Revis' camp has indicated that the "30-day rule" would not prevent the All-Pro corner from staging a lengthy training camp holdout as part of an attempt to get a contract extension from the Jets.
