Raiders DT Richard Seymour Fined $25,000

Oakland Raiders defensive tackle Richard Seymour has been fined $25,000 for punching Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger on Sunday, Jason La Canfora of the NFL Network reports.

Seymour punched Roethlisberger after the quarterback completed a 22-yard touchdown pass to Emmanuel Sanders in the second quarter of the Steelers' 35-3 win on Sunday. Seymour was ejected from the game, the second time he's been disqualified from a game in less than a calendar year.

Last December, Seymour was fined $10,000 for hitting then-Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Harrison after the play was over.
