Eagles HC Andy Reid Doesn't Expect DeSean Jackson to Play

Philadelphia Eagles head coach Andy Reid doesn't expect wide receiver DeSean Jackson to play this week against the Tennessee Titans, Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News reports.

Jackson sustained a concussion after a collision with Atlanta Falcons cornerback Dunta Robinson during the second quarter of Sunday's win.

Robinson was fined $50,000 for the hit on Jackson, who was in a defenseless position.

Reid has also named Kevin Kolb the starter for Sunday.

Kolb completed 23-of-29 passes for 326 yards and 3 touchdowns on Sunday, picking NFC Offensive Player of the Week honors for the second time in his five NFL starts.
