ESPNDallas.com's Tim MacMahon reports the Dallas Cowboys have agreed to terms with second-round linebacker Sean Lee.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

A three-year starter at Penn State University, Lee totaled 325 tackles, including 29.5 for a loss and 11 quarterback sacks during his college career.

Lee had a phenomenal junior season, posting a career-high 138 tackles, but tore the ACL in his right knee during the 2008 spring practices and missed his senior season. Lee returned as a fifth-year senior in 2009, and earned second-team All-Big Ten honors for the second time in his college career.

The 6-2, 236-pound inside linebacker has outstanding instincts, and undeniable toughness and work ethic. Lee augmented those traits with a stellar workout at the Combine, solidifying his status as a legit first- or second-round pick.

Lee is expected to back-up veterans Keith Brooking and Bradie James at inside linebacker, with the expectation that he’ll compete for starting job in 2011.

Lee's impending signing means that when the Cowboys open up training camp in San Antonio on Saturday, they'll have all of their picks in the 2010 NFL Draft under contract.
