UPDATED: Neal Deal Done
Neal gave the impression on Twitter that he's only hours away from signing his rookie contract.
In an exchange with first-round draft pick Bryan Bulaga on Twitter this afternoon, second-round draft choice Mike Neal indicated finalizing his contract would happen within the next two hours.
Bulaga tweeted at 2:07 p.m. on Monday:
@mneal96 did urs get done?
To which Neal responded at 2:18 p.m.:
@BBulaga let u know in about two hours
With deals signed by the players drafted both before and after Neal, the framework for his deal is essentially in place. Linebacker Sean Lee, drafted by the Dallas Cowboys, was picked one spot ahead of Neal and got his deal done Friday. Defensive tackle Terrence Cody, drafted by the Baltimore Ravens one spot after Neal, agreed to his contract earlier today.
When Neal's deal gets done, Bulaga will be the only Packers draft choice to remain unsigned, although restricted free agent safety Atari Bigby has yet to agree to a contract yet either.
UPDATE: Mike Neal confirmed via Twitter that he has indeed agreed to terms with the Packers, making Bulaga the only unsigned draft pick.

With Dez Bryant's deal all done, Buluga's should be close to being finalized as well.

That will bring the number of signed players to 80. Cuts will need to be made when the last two sign.

Maybe I am reading too much into this, but if Bulaga asked if "ur's got done" that seems to imply to me that the Packers are working on getting Bulaga's done, and maybe that they are pretty close to coming to terms...I hope he doesn't miss any camp.

Kind of off topic but nice title Brian! "Neal, Deal, DONE!" LOL that has a nice ring to it. Maybe it'll be a catch phrase or something everytime he makes a play.
