The Good: MLF, Rodgers (of course), Davante Adams (of course), Lazard, EQ (he continues to demonstrate elite skills at times - might yet become a true weapon in the offense), and AJ Dillon whose ability to pound through the Minnesota O-line on the frigid tundra of Lambeau Field on a very cold night is one of the reasons that Gutekunst (with great foresight) drafted him in the first place.

The Bad: There are no bad players on a team that has run its record to 13-3 for a third consecutive year!

The Ugly: The entire roster of the Minnesota Vikings and their miserable coach Mike Zimmer whose expression is one of permanent ill will to the world at large. His evil presence reminds us of how fortunate the Packers are to have MLF as our coach whose genuinely optimistic and ebullient aura has contributed greatly to the ongoing renaissance of the franchise.

Go Pack Go!

P.S. Packers fans should also be aware that Davante Adams joined an illustrious group of Hall of Fame receivers when he surpassed the 8,000 yard mark in the game. This is a truly remarkable achievement in that he became only the sixth receiver in NFL history with a combined total of at least 8,000 yards, 600 receptions, and 70 TDs in his first eight seasons. This puts DA in the rarified company of Jerry Rice, Randy Moss, Marvin Harrison, Calvin Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald. (Credit to Ryan Wood for reporting this stat.)

The good: the inside running against a stout MN interior
The Bad: prevent defense. It takes the defense out of its rhythm and gave the Vikes their lone TD
Ugly: only scoring 37 points. I so wanted JLove to get the Pack in the end zone and make it 44-10

EXCELLENT company to be in and a stat I never knew about...Thank you for that HD!

Sorry, I'm not taking a ton of the shine off what was a dominate by the Packers beatdown of the Vikings. Why? Because it was too much damn fun to watch, and as Nagler pointed out, karma's a bitch Paul Allen.

Good... Aaron Rodgers, Aaron Jones (Who not many have mentioned in even Gut Reactions), Adams, Dillon, the O-LIne, AND the Defense. I don't give a damn who WASN'T playing on the Vikings. The Packers still get crucified EVERY week, even on CHTV, when they have injuries and don't win by more than 3. NO EXCUSES FOR THE VIKINGS

Mason Crosby... ALL of Crosby's kick have been straight through the uprights for several games now. PLEASE continue the great work Mason.

The Bad... Cory DID have a rough night, BUT what a nice recovery he made on the dropped snap to get it down.

The Ugly... LOL... I LOVED Naglers ugly and I personally can't stand Paul Allen.

I mentioned Aaron Jones in the snap count article. Now I am reading your comment. Jones looks fully healthy, something the radio guys alluded to during the game.

I had to google who Paul Allen was. But as for how Paul Allen might be feeling this morning, I imagine he feels something like this:

I was watching the snaps on the FGs, and each time Bojo got the ball the laces were already facing the goalposts. Excellent job by the long snapper - apparently they've figured out what their problems were there.

Good
** Owning number one seed.
** Dillon's 2 touchdown runs. PRICELESS !
** Both sides of the ball were on it (ON IT !) and special teams were 90% there.
** No injuries
** A very sweet win.
** Humiliating all things Viking.

Bad:
** STs has to start shutting down returns. Letting the opponent open a drive from the 30, 35 and 40 yard line is unexceptionable.
** There was no 5th quarter to continue the party.

Ugly:
** I got nothing. (and that may be the best line of the night)

---------------
The Wrap:
So this is what it's like to see the packers firing on all cylinders......
Can't wait for the rest of the injured players to come back and join the party.
THE PACKERS ARE KING OF THE CONFERENCE.

One more thing..... Please don't lay an egg in Detroit.

The Good: The usual (AR, DA, AL, AJ, AJD, our pass rush, our DBs, our makeshift OL), No turnovers, Our new punt returner, and the Fans (especially chanting MVP).
The Bad: The 1st quarter offense (We seem to not be able to get in the end zone.) and the shank punt.
The Ugly: Mike Zimmer's cold handshake with MLF at the end of the game.

That handshake was better than his usual no show or reach out and leave before it's done. He also threw his young QB under the bus in post game comments, classless dummkoft.

Crosby was excellent..... deep kick-offs in the cold.... all extra points and fg's..... nice !
Really need Cobb and Bachtiari back. Offense struggles to get into the endzone.

At this point let baktiari sit the rest of the year. Offensive line has been solid without him and who knows what kind of shape he will be in when back. I know an all pro but they have gelled as a unit with the many put in this year.

Completely different game if Cousins plays. Pack caught a big break and took care of business.
Need to get our starters back next week.

Completely different game only in the fact that the Packers would have won by 10-14 points with CPT. Kirk at the helm. Make no mistake about it, the Packers had 4 chances at INTs in the first game, but could not catch a cold let alone ONE of the FOUR INTs he gift wrapped to the Packers who refused to accept any early Christmas gifts from the Vikings. And that my friend was the difference with all due respect to Jefferson and Cook's outburst's in that game.

Cousins sucks in extreme cold weather games. The early November 2020 win over the Packers doesn't count as the temperatures were in the high 30s not single digits. When the temperature has been in the 20s or lower, he lost to an Aaron Rodgers led squad in the wild card playoff round circa 2015-2016. And later CPT Kirk lost in the NFC Championship Game on the road to the Eagles with a team far better than the squad the Packers dismantled on Sunday with or without CPT Kirk.

He is not worthy of the money he was paid. And as you'll remember when he signed that huge extension, he actually eclipsed Rodgers contract briefly for doing almost nothing in regards to winning big games when it counts.

The Vikings understand that now, but they are stuck with a mid-tier QB with a fat contract they can't unload unless they want to take a huge CAP hit in the next 12-24 months. I guess after Their GM and coach are fired the next GM and coach will have to figure that out. Tough task ahead for them.

Congratulations PACKERS...! Another football season and #1 seed in the NFC again for the Packers, well deserved. Not going to gloat much after last night's victory. We beat a depleted Vikings team that were missing so many key players. Very happy we won and now we can play some bench players next week against the Lions in a game that has no consequences for the playoffs... Truly hoping we get some injured players back for the playoffs. The playoffs present the Packers with much better football teams with very good QB's & Defenses, I hope the Packers are up for the challenges that are yet to come. This is the year to win the Super Bowl for Green Bay Packers. GO PACK GO.

How about our depleted Packers team? Bahk, Jaire, Turner, Jenkins, Cobb, to name a few. Not as if we stacked the deck on the vikings. Cousins being out, is his own fault. No excuses for the vikings. The better team won that game and they know it!

Unless I missed a real new GOOD, Looks like Packers found a RETURN man at least as of last night! And I still really like that Campbell Fella! He seems to be in every picture on defensive side of ball!

I'm gonna go a route few are taking here.

The good: How about David Moore in as a returner??? Had 30 yards on punt returns without a single muff! Looked decisive and I don't understand how Seattle didn't have him on their roster. He's a good player.

The bad: Deguara, you've GOTTA catch that touchdown, man. Few people in NFL history could place the ball where Rodgers did on that play. I'm surprised more people aren't talking about that throw. Oh well, I just hope GB's receivers work on catching the ball in really cold environments. I have a feeling this upcoming winter will not be as kind to other teams as 30°-40° and sunny like Tampa last January and GB must be prepared.

The ugly: Minnesota. LOL

The Good: A win, #1 seed, teams have to come through our house in the playoffs; Mason and the operation is going in the right direction; Quadzilla and Jones; Gary. Clark, Campbell, Barns. There are others as well.

The Bad: Play calls in the first quarter that bogged us down. 12 seemed a bit off on his throws before he warmed up after this quarter. Empty backfield plays.

The Ugly: a shanked punt and I ran out of beer.

Good: We put a smack down on the vikings! A drubbing, so to speak!

Bad: Bojorquez shanks the ball. Not what we needed from him. Wondering if Gute and Co. will be looking at Punters in the off season, or maybe now?

Ugly: Love the Paul Allen comments from Nags! I'll stick with that! Wondering if the Packers-Lions game will be flexed, as they currently are scheduled to play at the same time as the vikings-Bears game, at Noon. If it is not flexed, the Packer game won't be aired in western Wisconsin due to those stupid NFL rules. Kind of gives the vikings a small taste of revenge for our knocking their hapless team out of the play offs.Who really wants to watch a game between two teams fighting for the cellar, in the NFC North?

The Good: Aaron Rodgers, Adams, Dillon. OL, Kenny Clark, Rashan Gary and entire defensive effort. No injuries.

The Bad: Deguara's drop of a perfectly thrown TD pass.

The Ugly: Yiadom, with 2 penalties in less than a minute of play.

Rodgers was a little off early in the game but we need to remember that he has not practiced very for about a month. Hopefully his toe heals up over the next 2 weeks and he can get in a full week of practice prior to our first playoff game.

For now we can continue to enjoy the ride. GPG! Thanks, Since '61

Deguara crossed his hands the wrong way, he's still thinking too much. Keep feeding him, he's a Player. Yiadom is a guy who is now expendable. Not a Professional.

The Good: Everything everyone else has mentioned, along with being so far ahead that we could afford to put Yiadom in on defense

The Bad: Yiadom on Defense.

The Ugly: Vikings fans. All of them. For shits and giggles I went to the DN site and within six posts saw this exchange:

- Only one penalty called against the Packers, with only a minute left in the game.
--- One and a half since they picked up the other flag
--- Meanwhile their OL was trying to pull defenders to the ground or tackle them. Packers’ no-names getting star rep treatment. Really makes you question what the hell is going on.
----- Shit is rigged
--- That was domination............ by the Refs who also are the Packer MVPs

Now there are many fans over there who do recognize that their team sucks, but I would be so embarrassed to be a fan of that team.

When we beat the Vikings by 27 points, I find it hard to criticize any part of our team.

I'm very happy to soundly beat our division rival that I dislike the most and I think we did it without any significant injuries (I'm saying this by only watching it on tv, but sure hope that is correct).

The Good, Honorable Mention: About a million die-hard new Packers fans in Philly. For about 3 hours, anyway.

The Bad: Pretty much nothing.

The Ugly: See "The Bad", rinse and repeat.
