McCarthy's stability could impact the ability of the Packers to attract a new general manager.

I'd say he makes more sense than Wolf only because he has actual GM experience. But Wolf is definitely being groomed and moving up the ranks quickly. I can't believe he and I are the same age.
EDIT: According to the Packers website, he has a creative writing degree.
