I remember watching Bishop develop and get better and not get on the field. Finally when he got his chance he excelled. Hope Elliot gets a chance to see what he's got in real games. The defense is getting some takeaways which is encouraging.

Due to MM's stubborn nature, Bishop only got his chance due to injury (multiple injuries at the same position, iirc). Regarding Elliot, I have been happy with the OLB play from Peppers, Clay, Neal, and even Perry (versus the run mostly, in Perry's case). If you can find enough inactives, I guess I would not mind seeing Elliot play in garbage time to get his feet wet. But my priority is to see Pennel play, preferably in garbage time to see what he has and so he can get his feet wet in a real game. I am not a Guion hater like many on this site. I see steady improvement from Guion, but I would like to see Pennel rotating with Guion, as I like Boyd better at DE rotating with Datone so far than at NT.
