Before we get into the Packers regular season finale, we talk to Michael Meredith, son of "Dandy" Don Meredith and director and narrator of the new NFL Films documentary on the Ice Bowl, making its television premiere Friday evening on the NFL Network at 8:00 p.m. CT. The 50th anniversary of the Ice Bowl occurs on Dec. 31. Merdith tells us about the bitter cold, the cultural differences between Dallas and Green Bay and players' memories of the Ice Bowl. After the interview, we get into the reports that Luke Getsy will be leaving the Packers to become offensive coordinator at Mississippi State and preview the Packers-Lions game.
