It wasn't really clear to me whether he was saying they wanted AR to take the fall, or to acknowledge that he had told them to run a different route. His remarks were very unclear. At the end of the day, Rodgers seems to have had some relationship issues with Jennings, Driver and Finley. It doesn't mean that AR was in the wrong or needs to start covering for other people. What it does mean is that, to the extent that "team chemistry" matters, AR needs to figure out a way to improve these relationships.

Yeah, I get the feeling that Driver and Jennings liked that Favre would have their so-called backs by covering up for their occasional mental mistakes where as Rogers simply demands integrity and in turn personal accountability from his teammates when they make these occasional mental mistakes. I don't know about you, but I'd say that Rogers is showing more true leadership than Favre in this respect as long as he's not calling players out in a completely disrespectful manner. It's one thing to be a bit upset and angry when a professional player should know better than to make a idiotic mental error, but it's another thing if Rogers' constantly on them about it, unable to drop it and/or calling them stupid or something derogatory because of it. Though, I can't imagine that Rogers' isn't professional about how he goes about doing it. If he was a complete ass about how he handles his expectations for his teammates then we probably would have heard about this from a lot more players and certain players such as Driver I can't imagine would consider him a friend today. This simply boils down to Jennings being a Diva himself and Driver understanding and relating at least to a degree why Jennings feels the way he does about Rogers.
