• Packers who won’t play tonight in Winnipeg after issues with the field:

Quarterbacks and WRs:

• Tim Boyle had a rough start to the night. Not so much now. Boyle is 10-for-18, 142 yards, two scores. He found the mismatches on the field, and just kept going to them.  Wood
• Drives w/ Kizer through 3 games: 66 plays - 218 yards - 3.3ypp - 10 points - 3 turnovers, (2 downs) - 7 punts - 2 scoring drives Drives w/ Boyle through 3 games: 83 plays - 488 yards - 5.9ypp - 45 points - 1 turnover - 8 punts - 7 scoring drives.  Herman
• Trevor Davis in the first quarter: 17-yard punt return. 18-yard run on end around 20-yard diving catch and run Not a bad return for a WR on the bubble. His talent is clear.  Wood
• Holy cow, Darrius Shepherd. What a catch for 22 on 3-11.  Hodkiewicz
• Jake Kumerow just turned Nick Nelson's feet from water to wine on a double move and Tim Boyle found him wide open for an easy 23-yard touchdown.  Owczarski

• That was a sweet, sweet throw from Boyle but St. Brown just can't bring it in. Would have been a 16-yard TD.  Hodkiewicz [Same play as above – tough catch with arms waving in front, but….]
• Allen Lazard stopped on the route. Can't do that. First interception for a Packers QB in camp, but that sure seemed like it was on Lazard. Gotta keep running.  Wood

Tight Ends:

• Big Bob Tonyan from the slot. Threatened up field with speed, hit the breaks at the sticks and Boyle gave him a great ball.  Kruse

Running Backs:

• Really nice move by Tra Carson, picking up the first down on a screen pass. Looked inside, but read his blocks outside for first down on third-and-long. Important for a RB to show that in the receiving game.  Wood
• Wow fullback Tommy Bohanon just drilled Raiders safety Dallin Leavitt. You could hear the hit up here.  Owczarski
• By far the best Tre Carson has looked at any point this offseason. Strong showing by him.  Herman
• After Darrius Shepherd called for a hold to negate a 14-yard Tra Carson first down run, Tim Boyle goes right to Shepherd for a 22-yard gain.  Owczarski
• Hold on Madison negates Carson's run. Malcolm Johnson had a nice block to help open a hole for his RB.  Hodkiewicz [Same play as above, but FB's block had more detail.]

Defensive Backs:

• Not sure where he stands on the 53 but Chandon Sullivan’s been one of my favorite players of the offseason. Just always finds ways to show up.  Herman

• Josh Jackson gets the breakup on the deep and the Raiders will punt.  Hodkiewicz

• Heck of a play by Raven Greene on the pbu. Also, interesting that Josh Jackson was still in the slot. Which just seems so odd. Now Trevor Davis stumbles on the field similarly to how Tim Boyle did. I’d be so insanely careful with any players that could make the 53.  Herman

Safety:

• Fourth safety spot is wide open and neither Natrell Jamerson nor Will Redmond have done anything to grab it. Disappointing preseasons for both.  Kruse

Linebackers:

• Ty Summers' hustle down the field there was incredible. He literally ran 20 yards to get into the play.  Wood
• Thank you, Brady Sheldon. Former Raiders picks off Peterman in the “end zone” on the two-point try to prevent this game from being tied.  Schneidman [Good reaction on a ball tipped up in the air]
• Nice play by Brady Sheldon who all of a sudden is right in the thick of things at ILB with all the injuries.  AND: That Brady Sheldon hit is the type of hit you just live with and hope the b/s 15 yard penalties even out throughout the course of the year. (Please note they did not even out last year).  Herman
• Curtis Bolton on crutches with a brace on his right knee.  Schneidman
• James Crawford might be good on special teams but he looks like a lost cause on defense.  Kruse

Kicker/STs:

• Punter JK Scott has had a second straight good game. Averaging 47.1 per punt gross and 42.5 net.  Silverstein

Offensive/Defensive Line:

• Cole Madison called for his second hold of the half.  Owczarski
• Cole Madison pancaked his guy at the second level. Naturally, it's called holding.  Kruse [It looked a lot like holding to me – Dexter Williams ran into Madison’s back initially since Cole was losing this rep initially.  Sorry for the editorial.]
• Packers "starting" O-line: LT Alex Light LG Cole Madison C Lucas Patrick RG Justin McCray RT Adam Pankey.  Demovsky

• Man, Lucas Patrick. Professional ball player. Good block in open space to get Carson open for the 11-yard screen.  Hodkiewicz  [Patrick played a ton at OC – only other center suited up was McCray, I think.]
• Not sure if he'll make it but I'd want Lucas Patrick on my team.  Kruse [I think this is about Patrick going downfield to support WR after a vicious hit, and not necessarily OL play itself.]
• Patrick and McCray are both having solid nights on the line.  Maggie Loney
• The Packers didn't view Tyler Lancaster as "important" enough to sit tonight, but he has a significant role in the defense. They can't keep playing Kenny Clark at 80-plus percent like they did last year. Lancaster walked off under his own power, so perhaps he's ok. Still bad.  Jason Hirschhorn
• The Packers open in base. Lancaster, Keke and Adams at DL. LBs are Fackrell, Gary, Summers and Bolton. DBs are Brown, Jackson, Redmond and Greene.  Hodkiewicz

Overall/Miscellaneous:

• This field has been a complete slip show all night. Exhibit A for why players prefer natural grass.  Wood
• Bubble guys would run on hot coals to make the team. Doesn't mean the Packers/NFL should let them.  Schneidman
• Rodgers said they'll work on some Bears things in practice next week and then have a regular week of practice after the Chiefs game. Pretty much confirms he won't play vs. KC as expected.  Silverstein
• And that's why it'd be so hard for the Packers to cut Trevor Davis. Not only does he have special-teams value, but his speed and agility are a really good scheme fit with Matt LaFleur. All he's got to do is stay healthy.  Wood
• By my count, the Packers missed eight tackles. Seven in the first half. Zero misses for Summers.  Huber
