With the return of Cobb, Rodgers is basically saying he threw to Adams a 150 times because he didn’t trust the others. Basically what I’ve been saying for years. It actually feels one year too late, cause I like funchness, and Amari to be 2-3. Wouldn’t be surprised to see either Lazard or MVS traded during camp if we could get a late round pick..big if

Cobb is a close friend of Rodgers, but he's also lost a step.

I hope there isn't a mental lag happening with the Packers receivers. This is not Mike McCarthy's offense.
The tight end(s) and running backs have just as much potential to get the ball as the wide receivers.
I really get unnerved when the word 'trust' gets tossed around. While MVS, Lazard and ESB are not D. Adams, they are far from chopped liver. Funchess was a decent receiver prior to COVID.

The reality is you don't need another All-Pro at wide receiver. What you need is a solid possession receiver and the Packers have that. MVS does have the dropsies at times, but Adams did too earlier in his career. MVS is also a better deep threat speedwise than Adams.

The Packers are going to run the ball half the time and there's only one ball to be given around.

It was because of the slot. Shepard couldn't handle it. And how many times have you heard it takes 3 years for a WR. Example; Devante Adams. So it really isn't a slap at A. Rodgers. /// MVS, Lazard and ST. Brown will stay outside now. Funchess maybe the wrong fit, being Love is the future.

I know that "recycling" is a practice that is universally lauded but it doesn't apply particularly well to NFL players - especially when they're older, slower and more fragile. From all reports Cobb is a fine fellow but this is neither the right time or right place for him.

Think Rodgers wants more involvement in the inner working because he secretly covets Guts job once he retires and Jeopardy is just a smoke screen?
