Very disappointed in this whole season. Another year wasted in Rodgers career, and now he doesn't even look "great" anymore. He looks good not great.
Can that change next year? We shall see.

He has done great when he's had a great group of WRs, veteran WRs, like Driver then Jennings (2006), Jones (2007), Jordy (2008), Cobb (2011) , Davante (2014).

From 2006-2014, he got 5 WR's that he loved, grew to trust. Since 2014?

Guty didn't listen.
And Burks made no impact at all despite being a high pick, and having the guy above him on the depth chart tear an ACL before the season even got here.....

Player spotlight on DE Fadol Brown.
6'4" 275 lbs #98

Recently acquired via waivers after the Raiders released him. In only 13 snaps on defense in his first game he made a few impact plays against the Bears with 3 tackles 1 assist.

If you get a chance to watch the game again or some highlights, watch 98 on the fake punt and the Tarik Cohen Wildcat exchange fumble. Plus he makes his presence felt on a couple of other plays as well.

I wanna see the encore and a bit more before I get too excited but I thought that was a hell of a debut for the guy.

Interesting BUT.....The man was released by the Raiders.....Just saying, hope he's a needle in a haystack.

The Raiders didn't get where they are by making shrewd personnel decisions. McKenzie was executive of the year in 2016: the fall has been precipitous.

The Raiders also traded away 2 Pro Bowl players. And if we are honest with ourselves 1 player should be the MVP.

True. My point was Oakland was 12-4 in 2016, then dropped to 6-10, and decided to hire a new HC and rebuild in 2018. Guys like Lancaster (if he continues to pan out) should be in a team's long-term plan since they are young and cheap. I haven't followed Oakland closely, so I don't know why Oakland won 6 fewer games in 2017.

yeah, my point was geared more towards Nick. Basically saying that the Raiders aren't making very good choices. Honestly they are kind of a dumpster fire right now.

I really like Lancaster honestly. I think he could be a guy to really watch next year.

I have no idea why the Raiders cut Brown but I'm glad they did. How often does a guy show up in his first game and make the kind of plays he did against a good team like the Bears.

With no Clark or Daniels, hes got a tremendous opportunity get playing time and earn a spot on the 90 next year. Might not be a pass rush guy per se but he gets penetration and is disruptive. Hes got good length and might just make a good 5 tech in this 3-4 defense.

All I'm saying is he earned this spotlight, nothing more.

If Coach Nags was the coach, we would have missed the second best game of the 2018 season when he benched Aaron Rodgers to watch the Packers roll out Hundley 2.0 in DeShone Kizer. No thanks. That's what preseason is for.

For the fans going to the home closer versus Detroit. Do you think they want to pay full price for the JV team?

Sitting players that can play for draft position is a loser's mentality.

So why aren't you calling to sit Davante Adams or Baktiari. Aren't they important too?
