I know many fans are worried about the cap hits. But for those who were in the camp that wanted Khalil Mack the Packers would have had to pay 1 player 140 million and for roughly the same price they signed 3 in the Smith's and Amos. And they didn't have to give up two first round picks to do it either.

Aaron, first, i love your measured enthusiasm as it brings folks down to reality. IHMO, agree with your #1 comment today's signings free up "Gutey" to possibly go for the BPA vice need. Point: i believe GB should spend one of it's picks on the O-line, Q: who do you think is a better fit for GB, Williams, Taylor or Ford? Smiling ear to ear here if they get anyone of these 3 and one of the Hawkeye TE's in the first round! I'm out sir!

I would love to get 1 of the Devins in round 1. They still need help at safety which I dont see on your list. Today is certainly not a day to quibble as our biggest dreams have come true.

Browns traded for OBJ! Dorsey has been aggressive.

Excellent point about the tackling ability of our new players--hopefully it'll rub off on some of the young guys we've recently drafted.

12 has to be Devin White or Bush to complete the defense , Best TE at 30 the rest is gravy and there is a lot of gravy to be had!

OLB coach Smith coaching up Smith, Smith, Fackrell, and Gilbert...good karma.

Gutey’s draft board is now wide open for BAP at several positions...ILB, DL, TE, OL, S, CB, and even RB and WR...now that the Pack said “nope” to the over priced Steeler malcontents.

Gonna be a fun Draft!

I'm most excited about Amos. Of the four players they came to terms with today, I think Amos is the can't-miss guy. He is going to stabilize the back end and make everyone look good. Just what a good safety should do.

I just came here to say something completely off these topics. My brother Wyatt a 23 year old from our hometown of Parkersburg West Virginia passed away Saturday evening after his lifelong battle with Cystic Fibrosis. He always wanted to be like his his big bro. And his big bro has always been a packers fan. He knew all there was to know about the team we all adore. I have posted some updates about his battle on here before. I know you all didnt know him but his knowledge of our team would have rivaled any of us. He was the most kind person you coulda ever known. He would have been blowing my phone up over all these free agent moves. Just felt the need to share. I miss him so much. God bless..

Sorry for your loss. I lost my sister last month, so I can empathize. Hope the Pack can make your brother proud this season.

The loss of life is difficult. I’m asking the Lord to give you the grace to endure. Thankfully you have the memories of times together. Those memories will become more precious as time goes on.

I lost my baby sis last September to cancer.

That hole in your heart will never completely heal but it does get better as you reflect on the joy given you by loved ones who have passed into new Life.

Maybthe Spirit of Life comfort and console you and your family. God Bless!

So sorry EdsLaces. It seems like the best people suffer the most. Maybe because they can handle it the best. He’s in a better place and our prayers to you and your family and friends.

Edslaces, That is a tough pill to swallow and it's a shame. Also hard to believe that a Packer fan gave you a dislike; he/she should be ashamed.

Edslaces just reminded us what’s really important in life , nothing more important than family. Everything else is secondary.

I appreciate the love . His make a wish trip was to meet Brett Favre in Green Bay back around 2006 I believe . We had a great time. We stood on the greatest football field in the NFL. I will never forget those times . Football and music were our thing. Every game and every song will keep me close to him now and always . God bless all of you cheeseheads ! Go pack go!
