After losing Charles Johnson, Randall Cobb and James Jones in a 24 hour period, this signing of Walker to the practice squad at least helps reduce the stress level of the fans because I think most liked his play in the preseason and know if called upon, he can help us out for the short term until Jones and Cobb get back.
Other than the medical staff of Green Bay, I highly doubt any of us thought that Aaron Rodgers would possibly be relying upon Miles White, Tyrone Walker, Eddie Lacy, Jonathon Franklin, David Bahktiari and Don Barclay as key offensive guys this early in the season.
