Packers Release OL Justin Renfrow from Practice Squad
The Green Bay Packers released offensive lineman Justin Renfrow from their practice squad on Tuesday.
Renfrow was a rookie from the University of Miami that had been with the Packers for the past five games.
The Packers don't practice again until Friday, so they have several days to fill the opening on their practice squad.

Hope this means Sitton and Lang are a lot fitter than they have been.
