Packers CB Micah Hyde Added to "Did Not Practice" List

With Hyde also missing practice, that means that the Packers had only three cornerbacks healthy at practice: Tramon Williams, Davon House, and Jarrett Bush.

The four cornerbacks missing from practice were: Sam Shields, Casey Hayward, James Nixon and Hyde.

The Packers official injury report for their game on Sunday when they host the Minnesota Vikings will be released on Friday.

I think the most concerning thing would be if Hyde wasn't able to play, who would be our return men? I would assume Franklin for KR, but what about PR?

Tramon was our PR a few years ago.

OMG. Can this seriously get any worse? Think about it. They might need a coach to suit up.

Kevin Greene would provide an upgrade over Palmer and Mulumba, so I'm all for it :)

I just can not wait for this season to end.
So disappointing.

Just need to wipe this season out and hit the reset button for next year.

Disappointing? You predicted 6-10, so this season basically meets your expectations. Don't know what would be disappointing about that.

Well to be fair he said 6-10 before the Bulaga injury, then he said that would cost us 2 games so we would be 6-10...

Who took control of your computer bovine? Still, after all of this, there is the potential for the Phoenix to rise. That's why this is an opportunity to be legends.

The worst part of this is that one could make a case that given Hyde's willingness to attack and tackle at the line of scrimmage, he was our most valuable CB for this game. Awful.

What in the hell is going on?

oh come on guys. all no problem. our now starting QB's moxie will compensate for all that. After all, I've read on this board the past few days that we have the next Troy Aikman or Peyton Manning starting for us now, so who needs CBs to begin with? Maybe we'll score our regular 13 points again, in that case all will be good.

Man, I wish we had Brian Brohm right now...

He should be available to pick up. He is in the Canadian Football league right now.

I guess his 3 years in the league makes him a better QB then Tolzien right?

Just as a reminder why Brohm was a better QB. in 3 games he played in (all for Buffalo), he was 27-52 (52%), 252 yards 0 TD's, 5 INT's.

Just to compare Tolzien's 2 games for the Packers he was 48-73 (66%), 619 yards, 1 TD's, 5 INT's.

yeah, Brohm is by far the better QB...

I never said that. What I said was that Tolzien reminds me of Brohm in his whole demeanor and throwing motion. The responses I got was that Tolzien reminds other users on this board of Aikman and Peyton Manning. We shall see who is right.
But in any case, I would also like to point out that Tolzien is playing for one of the better offenses in the NFL, whereas Brohm played for Buffalo...

Regardless, scoring 13 points a game is simply not good enough in the NFL, no matter who is playing D. One of the greatest stats for #12 is not throwing INTs in the red zone, Tolzien did that in his first game. If he keeps throwing INTs the same way he did his first 2 games, the Packers will lose every game they play with him at QB, plain and simple. And "moxie" or anything else people want to bring up do not matter in this case. I could play and I guarantee you I have "moxie". I'd be terrible at QB and probably throw a pick every play, but I'd have "moxie".

You are correct Evan. I was the ONLY guy who said Tolzein reminds me of Aikman and I stand by that statement!! I never said anything about Manning other than the fact he threw 29 int's his rookie season to compare how first time qb's throw alot of picks as they learn on the job. PackPete is the moron in this case comparing him to Brian Brohm, who has never ever started an NFL game.

I can't wait until Sunday when Tolzein lights it up and shuts up PackerPete. This PackPete is on the same level as Cow now.

BJ Coleman had a lot of "moxie" too. Don't forget about that guy. Lots of "moxie". A "mox-aholic" if I've ever seen one. "Big Mr. Mo Mox." "Captain Moxamerica"

Eli Manning doesn't have an ounce of "moxie" and he has Super Bowl rings on not one, but two fingers.

Moxie or no moxie. Scotty T - Don't throw three picks and throw the ball down-field like you did last game and lets get a "W" and beat the damn Vikings. Please. Thank you.

Eli leads the league in picks this year. Maybe he could use some moxie. Hell Trammon even picked one of his passes and according most of you he should be sent packing.

Maybe the human race is evolving into a bunch of pussies. Our heads are getting bigger and our bodies are getting soft. In the future physical contact will be unheard of.

Damn right Tolzein's going to be a good one Mr. Valdes. Yeah, I am kind of excited to see how he does now that he has two weeks under his belt. Tolzein has thrown for the 4th most yards in NFL history for a qb in his first two starts and some people here act like he's Brian Brohm for crying out loud.

As for Rodgers, yes Larry, I think I remember you saying that. Good call on that. You were right. He ran and now he's hurt.
