Fans in Green Bay attending training camp have an opportunity to attend another Packers-related event on Thursday evening as the premiere of Jordy Nelson's television commercial promoting tourism in Wisconsin taking place at the Meyer Theatre in Green Bay at 5:00 p.m.

Directed by Wisconsin native Jerry Zucker of Airplane! fame, the commercial pays homage to the Wizard of Oz and stars Nelson, a native of Kansas.

Tickets are available for $15 in advance or $20 at the door. Tickets include a copy of the new Sports Illustrated coffee table book, “Packers: Green, Gold and Glory,” which retails for $34.95. Tickets can be ordered online at TicketStarOnline.com or by calling 800-895-0071.

The event includes a performance by “Let Me Be Frank’s” Curly Lambeau. Following the premiere of the ad, Nelson and Zucker will hold a Q&A session with the audience.

In the morning, training camp continues with practice taking place at 8:20 a.m. at Ray Nitschke Field. It will be the third of five consecutive days with padded practice for the Packers.
