Packers Calendar: Injury Report Watch for Sam Shields, Tramon Williams

The Green Bay Packers will release their final injury report of the week on Friday, and all eyes will be on cornerbacks Sam Shields and Tramon Williams.

Even though the Packers run a walk-through and not a full-fledged practice on Friday, the injury report will include an estimation of their participation, either did not practice, limited or full.

The injury report will also include a gameday prognostication, listing them as either out, doubtful, questionable or probable.

Also of interest will be the status of defensive lineman Datone Jones, who dropped out of practice on Thursday after practicing on Wednesday.

"He's not progressing as fast as we thought," said McCarthy.

Linebacker Jamari Lattimore and wide receiver Jarrett Boykin have also been limited in practice this week and will be looking to make progress.

Packers head coach MIke McCarthy will meet with the media for the final time before the upcoming game with the Carolina Panthers at 11:30 a.m. CT to be streamed live at

McCarthy also has several interviews on local radio in the state of Wisconsin on Friday morning:

  • 6:25 a.m.: 620 AM WTMJ in Milwaukee and online at
  • 6:45 a.m.: 1310 AM WIBA in Madison and online at
  • 7:50 a.m.: 101.1 FM WIXX in Green Bay and online at

Wide receiver Jordy Nelson also appears on WTMJ at 3:20 p.m. on their Packers Insiders segment.
