Packers Calendar: Green and Gold Legends in Manitowoc

A trio of former Packers players will be making an appearance at the Capitol Civic Center in Manitowoc, Wis. on Thursday evening for an event being called "Green and Gold Legends."

Newly enshrined Hall of Famer Dave Robinson will be joined by Lombardi-era receiver Boyd Dowler and Mr. Lambeau Leap LeRoy Butler to share stories about their time playing for the Green Bay Packers.

The event starts at 7:00 p.m. All tickets are just $23.50 (plus tax and $2 per ticket Capitol Preservation Fee) and there are special discounts for four and 10-ticket packs. Visit or call the box office, (920) 683-2184 for tickets and more information.

In Green Bay, the Packers will get back into their normal routine on Thursday after having what was essentially a walk-through practice the day prior coming off the atypical Monday night game.

The team will release an injury report Thursday afternoon, and observers will be waiting to see how offensive lineman T.J. Lang is classified. Lang did not take part in Wednesday practice following the concussion he suffered during the recent Bears game.

Packers wide receiver James Jones will make his weekly appearance on 101.1 FM WIXX in Green Bay for "1 on 1 with the Boys" from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. CT, when perhaps he'll give an update on his injury.

The show can be streamed live online at and through the station's USTREAM video player.

During the morning hours, McCarthy makes his weekly appearance on SiriusXM NFL Radio (satellite radio) on Thursday at 10:15 a.m. CT.

He'll be talking to one of his former players and Packers preseason announcer Rich Gannon along with Bruce Murray on the SiriusXM Blitz.
