How is it that no one is asking this of the upper echelon:
How do you move up in the draft to pick the heir apparent to Rodgers and then sign the incumbent to an extension worth millions of dollars while allowing what you have moved up in the draft to secure?
Now you have a situation that is untenable due to the fact that you have wasted a situation where the organization could have received a stable of choices/players that would have improved the future product.
In reality: Top to bottom should be removed from this organization.

The Packers are in big trouble. Murphy has bankrupted the on field product. Trying to save face with his trade demands ( NY Jets) will only make it worse.

Yes, the era of one Super Bowl twelve years ago and four losses in NFC championship games since then. All kinds of talent and statistics to go along with all kinds of arrogance, pretentiousness and word salads. The last 4 years seriously deflated the era! Looking forward to the new era with optimism and a goal of two super bowls in the next 15 years!

I'm stunned with the attitude of everyone that 'elitism' is "earned" and it's acceptable to be arrogant and conceited in the way you treat teammates, coaches, reporters and fans. The willingness of everyone to be OK with one player virtually bankrupting the payroll of an entire organization. Here is some advice from the real world, it is NEVER acceptable to run an organization based on 'exceptions, status ad hierarchy'. This is a sure fire guaranty that everyone else in the organization will not perform to their best and under perform to market. Does that sound a bit familiar?
