It doesn't look like the bargain basement is offering too much on the defensive side. Mike Pennel? He can't keep his hand out of the PED jar and was busted as recently as last August. On the other hand, he's not quite 30, and we could use all the help we can get on the interior. So maybe. Moreau is very low-risk, but very injury prone, so this is a pass.
