A better question would be what do the Packers need to do to prevent a clean out and start over situation?. Or what does Love have to do to prove he is the QB for the Packers. Both questions are related as I think if Love is a bust there will be a new GM and coach shortly after.

I am not looking for any bench mark stat for Love or amount of games he has to win. I expect tons of growing pains. I watched a ton of his college tape and there is a lot to be concerned with his full start and the reports of 1 for 6 in training camp. His accuracy on even bubble screens was a red flag in college. His footwork in the pocket and his decision making will be what I look at the most. How is looking when things break down and how he improves throughout the year.

Packers aren't winning much this year. The growth of the young players going forward will be what interest me. How they finish in 2023 will go a long ways to whether they can compete in 2024 and beyond.
