Pack-A-Day Podcast - Episode 168 - "Bold Strategy Cotton"
Today Jacob Westendorf and Nick Schmitz discuss whether or not this was the right decision, and whether or not Green Bay was wise to make their decision so quickly without a second round of interviews.

Green Bay has made their decision official and Matt LaFleur will be named the new head coach of the Packers today. But this wasn't the hire that a lot of people were expecting. For some time Josh McDaniels had been the rumored leader in the clubhouse for the job. Today Jacob Westendorf and Nick Schmitz discuss whether or not this was the right decision, and whether or not Green Bay was wise to make their decision so quickly without a second round of interviews. Some great discussion that you won't want to miss on today's episode of the Pack-A-Day Podcast.

You guys have a point. These premiere edge rushers are being matched against good tackles (because if they suck they aren’t in the playoffs). And they’re being doubled and neutralized by a good OC.

Can't wait to see how much worse the Bears defense gets minus Fangio! Hoping for a collapse the way Atlanta's offense plummeted minus Shanahan! Fangio + Kubiak is a great combination in Denver if they find a QB.
