Thanks for the breakdown. I was fortunate to watch the game a second time and run plays in slow motion. I have to disagree with you on Slaton. His pad level needs work as he stood up and was manhandled pretty easily and obviously out of shape. Garvin looked lost and hesitated often.. Runyan was knocked on his butt twice once by a linebacker. Kelly was pushed back into the QB way to often. Nijman just looked overmatched.

Hanson surprised me at center, solid blocking and picked up a stunt. Hill looked good but I still feel RB 3 will be a battle. Love played better then expected. Would like to see him with a better offensive line. Easy to nitpick some of the things he did, but, it’s his first game.

Overall, there were about 30 players out there who have zero shot of making the 53 man roster, so expectations of this game need to be tempered.
