Don't we wish we could see the Packers board? If Paul is right in thinking that the Packers intended to go WR in Round 1 until they saw their choices fall, (first Jefferson, then Reagor then Aiyuk) you have to empathise with or even applaud the Love pick. Taking a chance on a potential franchise QB is more rewarding than drafting a wideout you have a round 2 grade on. I'd be curious to know if Gutes had Love ranked higher than Jefferson and Reagor. Or, if Jefferson had been hypothetically available in the slot the Pack eventually traded up for, would they have taken him over Love considering the importance of the QB position? If we heard boo birds after the Love pick then, imagine if they had passed on Jefferson for him? Btw, when did Rogers speak on Jefferson?

First round picks bust a lot, especially WRs: Kevin White, Charles Rogers, Philip Dorsett, Corey Coleman, Laquon Treadwelll....I'd rather bust on a late first round QB than a late first round WR.

Now the second round...What if Shenault or Van Jefferson had been available? They take one of those two and then we might see Dillon actually fall to them in the third.

I'm enjoying these interviews, Aaron. Keep em' up.
