The remaining tickets need to be purchased Friday in order to avoid a local market TV black out.

I know this rule has been around forever, but what an unbelievably asinine rule. Dear fans who made us billionaires, you owe us $100 or you can't watch. In this case in particular, I have in-laws who go to the game, but would literally die in those conditions. I don't mean they'd be uncomfortable, I mean they would literally die. So the answer is to black out the game.
I DO understand a small part of this rule on behalf of the league, I do. But there HAS to be a reasonable solution to this rule which has been around forever.

In my opinion all of Brown County should be exempt from blackout rules as long as there's a stadium sales tax in place, but what do I know?
