Extra Cheese: Not freaking out about Bakhtiari

After the starting left tackle doesn't participate in Thursday's padded practice, Aaron attempts to remain calm as he chats with Packers fans.

Earlier this afternoon, I held a Packers chat over on our YouTube channel about all things Green and Gold as the Packers get ready for the Vikings. You can catch the replay below.

Be sure to subscribe to the channel if you'd like to participate in future chats.

It seems strange that Rodgers is still throwing many passes off his back foot. Is there something psychological connected to this tendency given that he is often holding onto the ball too long and therefore being pressured more in the pocket or being forced out of it? But with respect to his long throw to MVS, the fact that the ball was slightly underthrown was not due to lack of arm strength but due to his throwing off the back foot and almost falling backwards as we was executing the throw.

Rodgers knows the mechanics. He discussed it during the golf course interview this summer.

Every pitcher, every QB losses velocity as they age, no matter how good the mechanics.
