Tremendous day at practice. We got 3 guys back from PUP. Cook looking outstanding. Monty back. Lang back. Abby makes a nice catch. Walker going 4-0 in the drills. Spriggs looking better.

Rodgers to Cook.......if they and the O line stay healthy, you will be hearing their names a lot in regular season. Practice today was sensational from them.

With Abbederis looking good, Montgomery back and Geronimo Allison flashing often, Janis is looking on rocky ground, despite his prowess as gunner. His ST play is the only chance he has of making the roster.

At this time Davis is looking like a practice squad guy, despite not doing much wrong, Allison too (especially if the Packers go with just 5 WR), though he should be a lock for the ps. I'm beginning to suspect the possibility of a bloated WR corps after cutdown to 53, may be quickly followed by a trade of someone there. Abbrederis looks too good to just cut, he or Adams just might be trade bait.

Jordy, Randall, Ty, are locks. Adams too, will be given every chance. That leaves Abbrederis, Janis, Davis, Allison (and other also-rans) fighting for one or two places - I'm guessing Abbrederis makes it if only 5 WRs are retained, and Abbrederis and maybe Janis if they go 6. Despite his difficulty at WR, Janis is a heck of a gunner, but Davis and Allison are tough cuts, even if the ps is a partial safety net.

I still think injuries will be part of the equation this year. It only took about a month last year and we were hurting at several positions.

All I can say is WOW. The Cook performance, but Monty's back! I am very happy to see it and happy to be wrong on if he could come back this year.
