Burnett Contract Details

Contract details for Packers' 3rd round pick Morgan Burnett are in.

From Brian McIntyre:

According to a league source, Burnett’s four-year deal has a base value of $2.665 million dollars. In addition to base salaries of $320,000 (2010), $405,000 (2011), $490,000 (2012), and $575,000 (2013), Burnett received a signing bonus of $875,100.

A fourth-year escalator can increase the deal’s value to $3.398 million.

The last guy with this much buzz before camp started was Greg Jennings, so he's probably already underpaid. I just read/listen to guys who seem to know a pro when the see one. Trading up to take him from the Bears is the stuff of legends. Great move Ted!?
