Brett Favre "Hasn't Paid Attention" But Of Course Has Opinion On #DeflateGate

If there's a big time national headline, of course media outlets with a relationship with Brett Favre are going to reach out and ask the Ol' Gunslinger about his opinion on the subject.

My favorite aspect of this interview with Greta is the fact that Favre starts by saying he "hasn't paid attention" - and then proceeds to pontificate on the subject for 5 minutes.

I watched this interview. I can only describe it as painful to watch. As noted, Favre says he hasn't paid too much attention. It also seems clear that he does not know what he wants to say about it, and it doesn't sound like he has formulated any real opinions. It did seem like he didn't want to criticize anyone. 5 wasted minutes is how I would sum up watching the interview.

#4 is a football player, he neither is nor needs to be a sage.

That's most fortunate for Favre, since no one watching his interview could possibly mistake him for one.

Brett should have just texted her.

Favre and Brady have one thing in common---Hall of Fame careers and a legacy tainted by unforced errors on their own part.

Brady's taint is cheating. Favre's taint is being a world class d-bag.
