Brad Jones To Have Surgery On Shoulder
The second-year linebacker has been ruled out of this upcoming weekend's game against the New York Jets.
Head coach Mike McCarthy said during his Wednesday press conference that linebacker Brad Jones will have surgery on his shoulder and has already been ruled out for this weekend's game against the New York Jets.
No decision has been made when Jones will have surgery. McCarthy indicated Jones wants to play through it, which could postpone surgery until later. Hence, no decision has been made about placing Jones on injured reserve either.
With two newly acquired outside linebackers, Diyral Briggs and Eric Walden, the Packers have attempted to replace the depth in their outside linebacking corps. They will likely back-up Clay Matthews and Frank Zombo this weekend.

I am in shock, cannot get over the IR list. It is like that song that sings about all of the dead rock musicans would make one hell of a band. Geez, we can have a song now about all of the players on IR would make one hell of a team.
