Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers recently appeared on a Facebook chat with the Army & Air Force Exchange Service where he talked about leadership, the possibility of playing in empty stadiums this fall and a wide range of ofther topics.
One of my favorite momenets was when Rodgers was asked about authentic leadership.
Love this from @AaronRodgers12 on @CharlesWoodson and authentic leadership, from "Chief Chat" hosted by Chief Master Sgt. Louis Reyes.https://t.co/Q8AyRUsvbl pic.twitter.com/iUb68Fd1sA

A good insight into Rodgers philosophy on leadership. As a veteran I appreciated his willingness to chat on that site.

I used to be a very reserved person, with such qualities I would hardly have been able to achieve great success in my career. Over time, I realized that I needed to change my character and took up self-study. I have studied many articles, but most of all I liked <a href="https://www.mikegingerich.com/blog/5-qualities-of-great-leadership-2/">h... which discusses the main five qualities of great leadership and I think that you are must study it. There is a problem that many might think that being a leader is easy - you just tell people what to do and enjoy the fruits of their labor, but this is far from the case.
